Extracting:

1. Once the rig is unbolted and the anchor bolt is still tight in the ground, undo the bolt 3-4 turns.
2. Gently tap the top of the bolt to push the taper in the Rawl backwards, which removes the outward holding force of the Rawl that was tight in the hole.
3. Wiggle the bolt to loosen the Rawl and push in the expandable side walls of the Rawl.
4. There may be some loose debris in the hole, so you may need to push and wiggle until the Rawl is free.
